Mining Rigs
Multi-GPU rigs built for round-the-clock running.

- Role
- Build, tuning and monitoring.
Open-frame rigs assembled to run flat out for months at a time. A different problem to a gaming PC: nothing is being looked at, so everything is about power draw, airflow and what happens when a card drops out at four in the morning.

What went into it
- Open-frame builds with multiple GPUs on risers.
- Undervolting and clock tuning for output against power draw.
- Airflow and temperature control for hardware left running unattended.
- Monitoring and remote restarts, because a rig that stops earns nothing.
