AM Tracker and the rest are not hosted on somebody's platform: they run here, on hardware I own, behind a router running firmware I chose. It doubles as the place where I get to be the administrator again rather than the person raising the ticket.

What went into it
- Proxmox on an ACEMAGIC mini PC (Ryzen 7 7730U, 32 GB RAM, 512 GB), with each project in its own virtual machine.
- Dynalink DL-WRX36 running OpenWrt instead of stock firmware, so routing, DNS and firewall rules are mine.
- Synology DS923+ with 12 TB of WD Red Plus for storage and scheduled backups.
- TP-Link TL-SG108 switch tying the rack together on wired links.
- Updates, backups and uptime handled the way I handle them at work.
